Refund policy

SHIPPING

Shipments are processed from Tuesdays-Fridays, as we are closed on Mondays. 
 
We offer UPS and USPS shipping options for your convenience. UPS ground is our recommended carrier for shipping.  If the customer chooses to use USPS at checkout, please note that we are not responsible for the shipment after it leaves our facility. 
 
If you experience problems with your shipment after it is in the care of USPS, you must file a grievance with USPS.  We advise you to choose UPS or purchase insurance on any orders over $100. 
 
As a small business, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for damaged and/or missing products that come at the hands of USPS.  


RETURNS and Cancellations

If you place an order, and cancel that order before shipment, you will be responsible for a 5% restocking fee.

If an order is refused upon delivery, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges, including the return shipping, and a restocking fee of 10%. Credit is not allowed on returns after 30 days. Discontinued, used (if no longer in clean, resellable condition), or special order items are not returnable.

Returns will not be accepted without authorization, and a copy of this authorization must accompany all returns. If shipment is refused by the customer, any shipping charges and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. All items returned are charged a 10% restocking fee.

If your merchandise arrives damaged, call us promptly and keep it until you hear back from us. A claim will then be placed with UPS and we will determine with you, a refund or exchange. Damages must be reported within a week of delivery.

LEGAL NOTICE
Food Products - Opened or partially used food products are not returnable unless a problem exists with the quality of the product . Inconsistencies of smell, color and other factors are generally related to the absence of preservatives or artificial stabilizers and would not qualify for returns. With just cause we will promptly replace product. Abady products are absolutely non-returnable; please purchase the smallest amount available on your first order or until you are confident your animal has fully adjusted to it.

Risks - The buyer assumes all risks associated with the use of these goods, whether used alone or in combination with other products. It is expressly understood that we are not responsible and will not be held liable for damages and/or injury caused by the use of any of these products, and that our liability ceases with prudent manufacture and delivery of these products.

Changes - Because of our continuing product improvement philosophy, we reserve the right to change, at any time without notice, the specifications, design and prices, and also discontinue products without incurring obligations.

Damage - Our responsibility for damage ceases upon acceptance by the transport company. Purchasers are counseled against acknowledging the receipt of goods before careful inspections have been made. Keep all packaging for filing your claim. We will assist in handling claims against UPS.

Delays - Every effort is made to ship promptly. We make every effort to ensure that items in stock are shipped within 24 hours . Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays are not considered business days. We are closed on Mondays. You will be notified if there will be a significant delay.
